As developer Chris Price noted in the San Antonio Express News, there’s a “strong demand for quality housing in this region.” This makes it the perfect time for The Crossvine to embark on its next phase of construction. Now that over 90 homes have been sold and residents are moving in, The Crossvine is adding 260 new residential lots and more of the greenbelts, hike and bike trails, and pocket parks that make The Crossvine different. Ryland Homes (now CalAtlantic Homes), David Weekley Homes, and Pulte Homes will continue building one- and two-story houses with modern, open floorplans and unique Texas-heritage style. Future areas of this mixed-use, master-planned development will include a commercial Town Center and varying home types such as garden homes and multi-family units.
