2017 proved to be another year of growth for The Crossvine, with 88 new families joining our blossoming community. In 2018, we will continue to add single-family homes and introduce Garden Homes. The new phase of 77 garden homes is a first for Schertz. These garden homes will all back onto shared greenbelts and will offer low-maintenance living with access to all the shared amenities and open green spaces that make The Crossvine unique. Specific home designs are still being finalized and we can’t wait to share all the details as soon as they are available over the next few months.

Additionally, we're moving forward with our plans for the commercial Town Center and construction south of Woman Hollering Creek.

We are also happy to welcome Scott Felder Homes as the newest home builder in our next phase of 118 homes.

As we continue to diversify and expand The Crossvine in 2018, our new Lifestyle Manager will help current residents take advantage of all their neighborhood has to offer. This is a benchmark moment in our growth, and we are excited to share it with you.
