We’re growing quickly here in The Crossvine, but we’ve only just begun. In one year, 70 homes have been sold, and now The Crossvine is really starting to feel like a community. Construction of the 120 homes in Phase One is well underway, and work on Phase Two, which will feature an additional 120 homes by David Weekley Homes and Ryland Homes, is in full swing.  With new construction comes the continuation of the trail system, more greenspace and pocket parks for all to enjoy, and of course, more new neighbors. As The Crossvine continues to expand and grow, each new phase will connect seamlessly with the previous phases, ultimately bringing the whole community to life.
