The Master-Planned Community: A 2020 Oasis

Sep 21 2020

This year has surprised us all with its sudden and unpredicted changes. Every activity in our daily lives, even down to the trip to the grocery store, looks different than it did six months ago. While this time can be unsettling, it’s important to also remember everything we are grateful for.

Here at The Crossvine, we feel truly equipped to get through this year together because a master-planned community is the most ideal place to be in a time like the present.

Why?

Space to wander.

The safest place to spend time these days is in nature, and at The Crossvine, we’ve got plenty of it. Our extensive hike and bike trail system, our community greenbelts, and our pocket parks are about to be as beautiful as ever with the fall weather underway.

Whether it’s a family picnic, a relaxing hike, a speedy bike ride, or a trip to the park with the kids, it’s all yours and it’s all accessible because of The Crossvine’s master-planned design.

People to spend time with.

The value of the community that comes with The Crossvine is immeasurable. Having a built-in social environment and a creative, engaging neighborhood lifestyle coordinator elevates master-planned communities, making them perfectly suited for a time like the present.

Lovely spaces to work remotely.

Thanks to David Weekley, Scott Felder, and Pulte Homes, living at The Crossvine is comfortable, convenient, and lovely. Homes here are built at the perfect scale to accommodate anyone’s work-from-home needs.

Convenient recreation.

In a master-planned community, the kids can walk to the playground, jump in the pool, and bicycle through the streets with their friends, while staying safe and close to home. Residents are a quick walk away from being immersed in nature and never have to worry about traffic on the way there.

While it’s true that this year has been different than planned, we at The Crossvine have a lot to be thankful for, and we’re so proud to be a part of this wonderful, supportive community.
